NPAP Membership

Why Join?

Our membership dues are a bargain! NLG members pay only $125 while non-members pay $150.  It is a terrific resource for plaintiffs’ civil rights attorneys. When you join NPAP you will have access to an e-mail listserv which allows you to ask questions of hundreds of lawyers handling police misconduct cases including many of the best civil rights lawyers in the country. In addition, members receive access to our quarterly newsletter, reduced rates at our CLE programs, updates on important new civil rights cases written by Professor Michael Avery, and the opportunity to network with police misconduct attorneys nationwide.

Testimonials:

-Linda Friedman Ramirez, a Florida lawyer and member, says, "There is no better way you will spend the miniscule $150 in dues for access to a pool of expert civil rights litigators, many of whom will answer your email within hours of posting a question."

- "NPAP is a fantastic resource for both the novice and veteran police misconduct and prisoner rights lawyer, providing instant access to some of the top experts in the field," says Paul Wright, editor of Prison Legal News.

- Cynthia Anderson-Barker, a California attorney and longtime member of NPAP, says: "I joined NPAP to be part of a network of committed human rights advocates and I have found the listserve to be more than beneficial to my practice."
