NPAP is proud to support the Justice Roadmap, a comprehensive legislative platform aimed at addressing harms at the intersection of the criminal legal and immigration systems in New York State. The roadmap includes five primary facets:

3. Stopping the criminalization of mental illness, drug use, and sex workers;
4. Decarcerating jails and prisons and ending perpetual punishment;
